Terms & Definitions

Service - a set of programs for computers, mobile applications, the other intellectual property of zedconnects and the content placed by the Company or by Users. The Access to the Service is possible via using the website, the mobile version of the website or the mobile applications.
User - a Visitor of this internet resources.
Product - any product, service, job offer or any other offer which the User places through the Service on this platform.
Advertisement - an information message with a proposal for the Product (including price and any related information) posted by the User through the Service addressed to an undefined circle of people.
Platform – zedconnects website and services provided.
Seller – a User posting through the Service Advertisement with a proposal to conclude a deal in respect of the Product, acting in his/her own interests or in the interests of another person.
Buyer - a User conducting the viewing of the Advertisement placed by the Seller, interacting with the Seller in relation to the Product and/or concluding a deal with the Seller.
Personal Page - the interface of the User's interaction with the Service, personal profile, allowing to view and manage details of an Advertisement, change the Credentials, activate or deactivate additional services.
Registration - User's actions in accordance with the instructions specified by zedconnects, including the provision of the Credentials and other information made by the User using a special form provided by zedconnects, user interface in order to create the Personal Page and access to individual Services.
Login & Password - unique login (e-mail address or phone number) and password created by the Service in the process of Registration on the web site or modified by the User through the Personal Page, used for access to the Personal Page after authorization of the User.
The Messenger - part of the Service that grants the right to send instant messages between the Buyer and the Seller.

Access and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the platform which zedconnects offers, as social marketplace, a platform to Users willing to buy or sell new or already used Products and services.
By entering, executing, downloading, accessing or using our platform you will automatically be considered as a User (or "you") which requires the full acceptance of each and every provision included in this Terms & Conditions, in the version published by zedconnects at the time you access our platform.
If you do not wish to accept the present Terms & Conditions, please, do not use our platform.
The use of certain Services offered on the platform may be subject to additional Posting Rules that, depending on the case, may substitute completely and/or modify this document. Therefore, prior to the use of such Services, you must carefully read the corresponding Posting Rules.
These Terms & Conditions may be changed by zedconnects without any prior notice. Any changes in these Terms & Conditions which have been made, unilaterally come into force on the day following the day of publication of such changes on the website. ALL UPDATES AND CHANGES MADE WILL BE COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL TO THE USERS OF ZEDCONNECTS.
These Terms & Conditions shall be deemed amended if zedconnects has amended and the User has continued to use the Service.

Required Age

Our services are intended to be used only by adults, as defined under any applicable law in each specific case. If you are not an adult, you are not authorized to register, create an account and use the website or the Application. If you are a minor, you need to get the permission of legal representative in order to use the Service. In this case, the legal representative is liable for any acts committed by the minor. If you are a minor and you do not have your legal representative’s permission, please stop using our platform.
You further warrant that you are an adult under the applicable law. In the event that the information you provide in this regard is not truthful, zedconnects shall not be liable as it cannot with certainty verify the age of the Users.
Zedconnects may contact you at any time requiring you to prove your age using a photocopy of an identity card or equivalent. If you deny providing identification, we reserve the right to close your user account and you will not be able to continue using the Service.

Creation of an account

Registration of the User on the Service is voluntary and free of charge. The User guarantees to the Company that he has reached the age permitted for the acceptance of this Terms & Conditions and the Posting Rules and has the appropriate authority to use the Service functionality.
When registering on the Service, the User is obliged to provide the necessary reliable and up-to-date information for the formation of the User's Personal Account, including a unique login for each User (email or phone number). Zedconnects, in turn, sends a code to the User’s specified phone number or email for the purpose of confirming the User's access to the phone number specified by him/her and subsequent authorisation on the Service. At each subsequent attempt of the authorization by the User on the Service, we will send the code to the User’s specified contact details in accordance with the procedure described above.
The User's login and the code sent to the User on the phone number or email specified by the User are necessary and sufficient to authorize the User and gain access to the Service. The User does not have the right to transfer their login and code to third parties, is fully responsible for their safety, independently choosing the way of their storage.
If the User does not prove the contrary, any actions taken with the use of his login or account of the User created by him/her in the framework of another internet resource through which the User authorized the Service are deemed to be committed by the User. In case of unauthorized access to the login and/or the User's Personal Page, or the distribution of login and code, the User is obliged to immediately notify zedconnects thereof, using our contact details as provided.

Rules of Use

As a condition of using zedconnects and services provided you agree that you will not:

violate any laws;
violate the Posting Rules;
violate the Terms & Conditions;
post any abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene materials;
post any false or misleading material or message of any kind;
infringe any third-party rights;
distribute spam or chain letters;
distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm zedconnects or the Users;
promote pyramid schemes;
collect information about Users without their consent;
bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to the platform.
sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties;
copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or represent to the public any information contained in this platform (except the information provided by the User) without the prior written permission of zedconnects and any third party;
interfere with the operation of zedconnects, operation of automatic systems or processes, in order to block or restrict access to zedconnects.

Before placing any information on the Service, including Advertisement, preliminary assess the legality of their placement.
Place Advertisement only about Products in respect of which the User has sufficient rights to dispose of such Products and make deals with them;
Do not use automatic and other programs to gain access to zedconnects without the written permission of zedconnects. Without our permission, any materials or information (including Advertisements, content of product descriptions, photographs, etc.) can not be used, distributed, copied and/or extracted with zedconnects manually or automatically by using a special software.
The use of special software that allows viewing or posting of zedconnects Advertisements, bypassing the usual order of posting Advertisements (for example, the use of programs for automatic uploading Advertisements), in the absence of written permission to zedconnects, is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination and/or suspension of the publication of Advertisements, blocking access to the Personal Page and/or to Services provided by zedconnects.
By accessing zedconnects, the User agrees to receive advertising information posted on zedconnects by third parties. The User understands and agrees that zedconnects does not determine the content and is not responsible for such information, including websites, links to which may be contained in the relevant materials.
The User can not use any data provided by another User without the written permission of the person who posted such information, or without the confirmation in any other way of the right to use such information. All information received by the User about other Users in connection with the use of zedconnects, can be used only for making and executing transactions with respect to the Products. Thus, the User is prohibited from using the e-mail address and/or phone number of another User for the purpose of direct mailing or other sending of unwanted electronic messages, as well as for other unlawful acts or actions committed without the knowledge and/or consent of the other party.
If the User has a claim against another User in connection with the use of the latter Services and/or posted Advertisements, the User must present these claims to the proper person (Seller) and resolve the claims independently and without the participation of zedconnects.
Zedconnects does not always check the information published on the platform by Users. Some of the information contained in the Advertisements may seem insulting, dangerous or misleading. we recommends Users to be careful and rely on common sense when using information on the platform. The user must take the attention that his counterparty can impersonate another person, be a minor, post distorted information, etc. The use of the Services implies that the User understands and accepts these risks, and agrees that zedconnects is not responsible for acts or omissions from other Users.
The User has to be careful in choosing a counterparty, under his own responsibility, makes a decision about the deal, based on the fact of placing an Advertisement on zedconnects. Independently making sure that the offer, sale or purchase of any Products in the Advertisement on zedconnects is valid and legal.
vIn the event that the User has doubts about the legality of the implementation of certain actions, including those related to the posting of Advertisements, the Company recommends to refrain from the latter.

Personal Information

By using zedconnects, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by zedconnects on zedconnects servers. You also agree to receive marketing communications from zedconnects unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive such communications.

Intellectual Property Rights

The owner of exclusive rights of zedconnects , including but not limited to the domain name, the logo placed on the website, databases, all technical developments that allow the use of the website. The User or other person is not entitled to use zedconnects or Services in the ways not provided for in these Terms & Conditions without the written permission of zedconnects, including extracting information in any form not provided for in the Terms & Conditions. Exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity included in the information provided by Users belong to the respective Users and rights holders.

Validity

These Terms & Conditions come into force from the moment when the User starts using the zedconnects Services, regardless of the fact of the User Registration or the posting of the Advertisement on zedconnects ,and they are valid for an unlimited period.
The User has the right to stop the access to his or her Personal Page without the possibility of restoring such access. In this case, the User does not have the right to re-register, as well as with the email or phone number he already used on the previous account.
Zedconnects keeps the right, at its sole discretion, to stop the access to a User who violates these Terms & Conditions, as well as the terms of any of the Services, other rules governing the operation of zedconnects, to the Services both in general and in part, including stopping or temporarily suspending User access on the Personal Page. A user whose access to the Services has been terminated or whose information has ceased to be valid does not have the right to re-open the new account without zedconnects special permission. The User does not have the right to use the credentials of another User to access zedconnects Services.

Responsibility

Zedconnects does not provide any guarantees that the Service or its elements may be suitable for specific purposes of the User. Zedconnects cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from using the Service or its elements.
Zedconnects does not provide any guarantees for absence of interruptions in the work of the Service related to technical malfunctions, maintenance work, etc., but undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the operation of the Service for twenty four hours. Zedconnects does not provide any guarantees that the Service or any of its elements will function at any particular time in the future or that they will not cease to operate.
Zedconnects does not bear responsibility and does not compensate for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the User or third parties as a result of the use or inability to use the Service, unless otherwise provided by the applicable law.
Zedconnects is not liable for any damages to the device or software of the User or any other person caused by or associated with the use of the Service or by clicking on the links posted within the Service.
Zedconnects and its representatives do not bear any responsibility to Users and/or third parties for any indirect, incidental, unintentional damage, including lost profits or lost data, damage to honour, dignity or business reputation caused by the use of the Service, content Service or other materials to which Users or other third parties have access through the Service, even if the Company has warned or indicated the possibility of such harm.
Zedconnects does not participate in the formation of the content of the Advertisements, Personal Pages and other items of the Service. At the same time, zedconnects does not have a duty to verify the Advertisements and their content, resources referred to the Advertisements, the reliability of the Sellers and Buyers (as well as their identification). In this regard, the quality, safety, legality and conformity of the Products to its description, as well as the Seller's ability to sell and/or Buyer to purchase the Products, are beyond the participation and control of zedconnects. Zedconnects is not responsible for the content of the information provided by Users, including the contents of Advertisements, the use by the Users of trademarks, logos of third parties and other components of the Advertisements and other items of the Service generated by Users.
Zedconnects is not a party of deals between the Buyer and the Seller, nor is it the organizer, intermediary, agent or representative of any User and/or other interested party in respect of the proposed or concluded between the Users deal. All deals which were made by Users in connection with the posting Advertisements on the Service are concluded and executed without direct or indirect participation of zedconnects.
The User is solely responsible for all information that submits to zedconnects and any consequences that may result from his/her post. Zedconnects reserves the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching the above terms. Also reserves the right at our discretion to restrict a User's using of zedconnects either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a User's Registration. If zedconnects believes that you are breaching these Terms & Conditions in any way or behaving suspiciously on the platform, zedconnects may, at our discretion, inform other zedconnects Users that have been in contact with you and recommend that they exercise caution.
